Who you'll work with
Sarah McCarthy
FOUNDER
Sarah founded Quaytech in 2013 on a simple conviction: technology should earn its place in a business rather than be bought for its own sake. She still spends most of her time with clients, working out where the friction actually is and what can sensibly be done about it, and she likes the variety that brings.
Away from work she is a mum of two and a road cyclist, happiest on Spanish coastal roads and mountain climbs, and has ridden the cycling leg of a team triathlon.
Andrew MacDonald
TECHNICAL LEAD
Andy joined Quaytech in the summer of 2017 and is now Technical Lead. He writes excellent code, and he takes the customer side by instinct rather than by process, which is what moved him into leading the technical side of our work.
Outside work he is usually with his family and his dog, Tiger, at the gym, making pizza, or hunting for finds at a boot fair.
